The Wandering Chef

Laura began her career in Melbourne then spent four years working under the formidable Henry Harris at Racine in South Kensington and Soho House in London. Laura is incredibly passionate about empowering people in the industry. Having trained many kitchen hands, apprentices, chefs and several seasons of mentoring in refugee hospitality training programs. She now helps a diverse range of clients with actualising or developing an entirely new idea/ concept for their restaurants and cafes.
